Born as a neighborhood trattoria, our kitchen is rooted in the most authentic Roman tradition: carbonara with guanciale, hand-rolled tonnarelli cacio e pepe, saltimbocca alla romana made the original way. Every dish tells a story that respects its ingredients and the seasons.
Alongside Roman cuisine, we offer something for everyone: 24-hour leavened pizza, American breakfast for visitors from around the world who pass by our windows every day, aperitivo and selected wines for those who want to stop and watch the sunset over the neighborhood.
